If the channel or chat (group) is illegal and it is not banned - we will make a full refund to your PulseUp balance (only if you order at least 500 complaints and if you choose the right complaint option). Also, no refunds if the order was placed on a user's account and was not banned, as the service is only for channels or chat rooms/groups, not users.
